The Managing Director who hired me will be going back to his home country end of the year in Dec since he'd like his kids to continue higher education there.
I've a strong feeling that my life would be tougher with his departure since he has been supporting me alot in my work.
He's a strong beliver of "fairness" and would do his best to fight for your well being if he thinks it's the right thing to do.
His successor is a soft spoken guy whom I seriously dont think he'll be able to do much.
But I hope I'm wrong about the new guy ...............
