Prior to preggy, I was 46kg, during preggy was 62kg and now am 43kg!
My bb has certainly made me slimmer than ever!
No, I didn't get to do any exercise nor running, except for the baby chasing, stroller pushing, bb carrying etc.

Weight Update
I am please to announce that I am now weighing at 46kg.
This is 4kg reduction!
No special diet, just eat normal meals and do regular exercise.
But when I've eaten big & heavy lunch, I will skip dinner that night.
I think the cold weather in NY/ Canada could have helped in burning fats stored in my body.
So if you wanna lose some weight, you may want to consider traveling to the cold countries.

Still Fat!
After 5 mths of exercise, I'm still 50kg!
I've been running about 3 to 4 times weekly (except when it's ovulation period till CD 1 of the next mens).
So effectively 2 weeks jog and 2 weeks break ...........
Why no further weight lost?
I will try to lose some weight by end March, and shall update then!

Weight update
After 3 weeks of exercise, it's disappointed to say that my weight is still 50kg .......
When will I get to 47kg .......... I just wanna shed 3kg only.
Hopefully by Dec, there'll be improvement!

I'm still really FAT
My weight is still at 50kg and there's no sign of slimming down despite my regular run - 3 to 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks.
Hopefully I can see some result 2 months later.

I Need to Lose Weight
I've started jogging since 13 Sept but I still dont see any reduction in my weight.
I've been running Sun, Mon, Tue and then Sat and today Mon, but still no change in the weighing scale.
What should I do to lose 5kg in 3 months?
Maybe I should also diet, eat really small meals and no snackng.
I'm still 50kg as at this morning ...........
I'd like to go back to 45kg range, and it would mean really hard work.
I shall update on my latest weight next week.
