Break-out!

Help!
I've serious break-out and the zips are along my chin ........ it's so unsightly!
I'm going to San Franc looking so horrible!!

I went to do facial yesterday and my beautician commented that I must be very stressed up recently and she tsaid I've digestion issue since there're many zips along my chin.
I told her she was right as I've been stressed up by work due to the pushing back of the back office function to me and I've gastric pain for about 1 month already.

The sign of indigestion is shown on my face and I hope it can be cured asap in view of the San Franc trip this coming Thursday ........

I know I should try to calm myself down and not worry so much.
But this is difficult since colleagues from the Manila back office is leaving one after another and the recruitment is not able to catch up with the brain drain ..........

I think I need to make a decision fast whether to leave this current job or endure due to the high salary & big corner office.
But I cant lead a life full of fear and stress!
So I gotta think carefully ...........

Stressed Up over IVF and am having Gastric Pain ...........

Altho I keep telling myself to be calm and relax in this IVF cycle, I know subconsciously I'm very stressed up since there're so many uncertainty during the process - worry about missing the dosage of jabs, afriad of jabbing the wrong dosage, afraid that I may misplace GF & Lucrin as they need to be refrigerated, worry about the stimulation result, not sure if the body is responding well etc ...........

Since yesterday, I've been having discomfort in the gastric and I know I'm having the gastritis attack due to stress or diet ..........

Is it because of my egg white diet which give me this problem?

Maybe tomorrow I should try to eat some bread prior to the egg whites as I've been taking the egg in empty stomach .........

I hope I can stay calm and sleep well and take this as a pinch of salt ......

Helicobacter pylori

In 2006, I did a scooping test since I constantly had gastric pain and the test result showed that I've this Helicobacter pylori bateria in my stomach.
I was supposed to take a course of anti-biotic to kill the bacteria, which I didnt as I was trying to get preggy.

I went to the GP on Monday to check my gastric and he advised that I can start taking the anti-biotics 1 week upon the completion of the D&C antbiotics.

Since I will be resting for min 3 months before TTC, I thought its good timing to start this course of anti-biotics.

Next Sat, I'll go to the GP to collect my medication.
This few days, my gastric condition has improved but can feel the slight pain at the gastric area.
Fri & Sat night the pain was so bad that it gave me backache, and I gotta rub my back constantly to relieve the pain.

Gastric Pain

I had gastric problem since 9 years old - Pri 3.
I remembered it was during English Class and I was having very bad pain and it was so unbearable that I nearly fainted.
My form teacher carried me to the nearest polyclinic for consultation.
She then brought me back to school and called my mum to fetch me home.

How I got gastric pain at such a young age?
I dont know why but since then I've this problem till now...........

Today after lunch I felt the pain is coming back, I knew this agony will persist for a few days .....
I'm just worried that it'll be so unbearable that I cant sleep tonight.
RY suspected that this is due to the anti-biotic given after my surgery - supposed to take 2 times a day for a week.

I'd done scooping 2 years ago and a kind of bacteria was found and I was told to start a couse of anti-biotics to kill them.  As I was planning to get preggy, I ignored this problem.
Since I've m/c, maybe it's time I go to doc to re-visit this gastric issue.
